Dasha is so smart and beautiful, that's why the course is amazing, it couldn't have been the opposite way – Dasha is an excellent coach. Thank you so much for the course! The exercises are cool – all the details are explained although it doesn't make them simpler. The course will be useful for both the beginners and advanced sportsmen. And thank you so much for beautiful picture and nice video editing. I'm waiting for the next video course!
I liked this stretching course so much! It's great I can do it living in another city. All the exercises are really effective, I could see my progress. And I liked the way everything is explained, what to pay attention for, everything is clear. Talking about the cons, the only one I could find but it was significant to me, was the fact that I use my mobile phone to watch it and as the coach doesn't count I had to pause it each time and do the exercises in silence. If to pause it on phone and turn on the music on You-tube for example the video gets to the beginning each time but not continues from the pause. So it was a bit boring to pause it each time and do the exercises in silence. I would prefer to do the exercises together with the coach to feel her presence.

As to the course, from the first sight the exercises seem to be simple and clear and you can work on your back and legs very well. Some of them I included in my daily morning exercises. And now I can do a simple bridge in so many different variations! I don't know Daria in person, but in the course she is amazing, flexible, clear and charming! I visited Dasha's stretching lesson only once, and I was seeing starts in vision during all the lesson. However it showed me how weak I was although I had the splits. As I had no opportunities to get back to the classes when I saw the course I bought it immediately. It's an amazing course which will help you do the splits or bridges by yourself. What I like is that passive and active stretching are combined together, because it's really important but many people ignore this fact. Everything is clear in the videos with all the details what muscles are stretching at this particular moment. The videos are shortened for brief watching, the exercise is explained and you should repeat it 5-10 times, so it's also very useful for coaches. You can re-watch it and make a lesson plan. You will get 100% result, the splits and bridges but not for free. You will really have to work. If you think that after buying the course you will wake up in the splits it's not for you, but if you do all the exercises you will achieve your goal.
